Change is tough but ultimately right

Pros

A great company to work for that has a clear idea of where it's going and what it takes to get there but understands how challenging that can be. Tries to put People first and full of good intent.

Cons

The pace of change is frenetic and won't suit all and delivering change at speed means it can feel not as well managed as it could be. There's an expectation that managers own things normally done by HR teams which can make employee experiences different, not always for the good.

Pros

Career progression is amazing - the opportunities are endless. Supportive management team who don't just ''see you as a number'' Our CEO operates a ''open door policy'' which most companies don't offer As a company we do great work for local charities

Cons

Interior is a little tired and can do with a re-touch
