- Open, honest culture - Opportunities to bring your ideas to life - Fantastic people, willing to spend time to help you develop - Clear strategy and direction has paved the way for innovation

Cons

- Frustrating systems (but work underway to replace them) - Has a history of being numbers focused - Still feels a little bureaucratic to get some decisions made

Pros

Clear long-term direction from the top and a developing culture of open and honest discussion and feedback, which is genuinely listened to by senior leaders. Good opportunities for committed and talented people to progress. All-in-all, a rewarding company to work for.

Cons

The company can struggle to prioritise, meaning a lot of change happens at once and it can be difficult to juggle projects.
