management support events like christmas ball, halloween, themes - football world cup. Free Parking discount on a village gym membership

Pros

Where do I start? Working at Homeserve in Preston is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it's brilliant. Winter at a home emergency company is obviously very busy but our spirits are kept high by constant appreciation from management, support and little morale boosts, (we even have a tri weekly sweet trolly!!)! Management are constantly coming up with new ways to support us and are always ready to listen.

Cons

None that spring to mind, sometimes it's quite a stressful job but you're encouraged to go above and beyond for the customer which is very rewarding.

The pace of change - I thrive off it but there is a lot of change to improve systems and processes, which can be hard to keep up with
