I have been at HomeServe nearly 11 years, my work place is like a second home, my management team has always been helpful and flexible towards my personal circumstances and over the last 18 months there has been some great changes within our department. Everything is about both internal and external customers and how we can make things better. My place of work is always looking for ideas from our people.

Cons

im not sure that there are any cons for me, i love my job and enjoy the people i work with, the only thing that i can think of is to have a better sitting arrangement for teams.

HomeServe lives and breathes its people promises. They always look to improve the experience of working at HomeServe, as well as the employee benefits. HomeServe actively support career development, and will help you develop the skills that you need in order to take your career in the direction you want to go. Your work colleagues feel more like a family. An all round great place to work, and with the business growing, career opportunities are aplenty.

Pros

Never have I worked for a company that does so much for its Staff. There is a real interest in staff well-being and many incentives and fun moments which makes HomeServe such a fantastic place to work. Management are fantastic here and show a real interest in your development at the company and support in achieving your goals. There is a real sense of team work and working together to achieve goals at HomeServe.

Cons

I cannot think of any Cons. As a company they do so much for you. I work with a great team along with many other teams around me which really does make getting up in the morning much easier.
