Pros

The people within the department are all lovely.

Cons

From the information on the job spec right through until you hit the call centre floor, the truth of the role is hidden. Your role is literally to sit there and be screamed or shouted at by angry customers who have had terrible service by some of the HomeServe engineers or contractors who never have to face the issue again.

Wants to put the customer front and center. LGBTQI+ centric

Never get ill they will overload you with more work to push you out Very much a we say this and do that culture, ugly. All the untruths to your face and then they WhatsApp each other in the leadership team with plans to get rid. FCA needs to look at those messages
