Pros

Please note all feedback based prior to the sale of HS. As such unaware of changes since. People who go above and beyond to do what's right for customers despite systems / silo mentalities getting in the way - embodied in the people and customer promises that form a key part of the culture.

Cons

Over-complicating systems resulting in expensive write-offs and having to fall back to legacy systems that haven't been properly enhanced due to the failing new system taking all the resources. Salaries for Project roles based off market comparisons from several years ago and not reflective of current rates post-Covid and the recent job market explosion - hence a lot of people taking advantage.

Historically everything was great and people cared

Cons

The “SLT” who see themselves as the elite, are deluded that we are all happy, people are near breaking but need money so have to stay. The values that the “SLT” pay lip service too are unravelled, sad state for a company that was so brilliant.

Cliquey. Limited scope for progression. Lots of talk about promotion but none available. Training isn’t good either. Not much support in role. Very reactive in approach. A lot of the managers are more bothered about making themselves look good at the expense of others
