Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Hard taskmaster, everything you do is monitored for compliance. Just above minimum wage and call turnover is expected to last no more than 2 minutes. Inbound calls constantly coming in. Fast paced and very stressful with incompassionate management team at all levels

Pros

International company with a big brand

Cons

Poor management, no inclusion for businesses they purchase over the years, bad plans, don’t have the customers interest as priority, cutting costs to make more money in un-necessary places.
