Pros

Decent Pay - That’s the only good thing You get paid decently for the work you do.

Cons

Management - The management does not care about the staff, they are all puppets of people higher up. All they care about is figures. Not supportive at all. People here thrive on gossip and the grapevine. People - The staff is alright, everybody does what they are told to. No progression. - If you’re looking for progression and really want to grow in your career. This is not the right place. I’ve seen reviews on here which say the company offers good progression and maybe that’s true if you’re higher up and in particular departments but if you’re on front line/ Grade E roles - You can keep dreaming. If being at HomeServe for 5 years has taught me anything it’s that you are just a number and are very easily replaceable. The company does not care about it’s employees.

Pros

Career progression, People, Benefits, Doing the right thing for the customer

Cons

1. I’ve loved my time here but things don’t feel the same, it has really lost its buzz. 2. They have let extremely talented people leave. 3. Data is very manual to extract due to aging technology which in turn gives me low confidence on metrics

Pros

Close to home People that work with me are fantastic

Cons

This is my opinion. HR are only there to protect HomeServe and managers. Very policy focussed instead of indiviual needs. Dont take mental health seriously
