Pros

I have worked for HomeServe for many years and seen an amazing transformation in that time. The company cares for its employees as much as it cares for it's cusotmers. It has a strategy that has been in place for a couple of years now and regular communication sessions with the whole company to keep them up to date. It's a great place to work.

Cons

In any business where there has been issues, there is still a lot to do

Pros

I've been working at HomeServe for 11 years and I can honestly say that now we have an amazing culture. The SMT are always there to listen to concerns and also give advice and guidance when required. I've never worked for a company where the employees voice is heard properly and is so powerful. HomeServe looks after its People - We have great perks to the job too e.g. we've just had fireworks at Halloween, a fairground on site (all free!) for family and friends, a Christmas Ball every year and also we have great benefits from our online portal where we can get cashback from lots of retailers. We really focus on our Customers through Customer First where we use a hardship fund to help Customers in need who may not be covered for their particular emergency. People from all around the business attend a daily meeting to help these Customers. To sum up HomeServe in 2 words - People, Customers

Pros

I've been at Homeserve for nearly 14 yrs and through the years have seen the GBU's . All in all I would say it's one of the best companies you could ever work for as it's about YOU the customer....you have a Voice and that matters to Homeserve a lot, even my kids want to come and work here when they get older.
