Pros

genuinely lives by its values and culture, makes decisions with people in mind, could be a bit less top-heavy in some areas but a good place to work overall

Cons

not much creativity in its marketing could do with a bit more vision and could be a lot better with systems

Pros

Great incentives through different companies, continuing development and coaching, good ways to progress throughout the company

Cons

Not being able to WFH during late shifts during probation. Not every extension number is notes on All in One so it sometimes takes a while figuring out who to get through too.
