Pros

Decent salary was it for me.

Cons

Subtle bullying club. If you don’t fit in they find a way to push you out. Not really room for individuality

Pros

Training & coaching given. Progression is possible if you're driven enough. Decent pay for the role.

Cons

It can be hard to keep up with how quickly things change. Every second of your day is recorded. Can be stressful if not hitting floor average.
