Really not too many ...

Cons

Management is ruthless and completely out of touch. They make assertions without consulting employees. They lack innovation. Lack creativity. Don't understand what people do in their roles and don't care.

It's a typical Corporate environment as far as trying to move up through different salary ranges. Also with following rules and restrictions.

Pros

Great coworkers, fun work environment, work from home opportunity, and decent pay.

Cons

Nepotism and cronyism is the name of the game. All others, don't even bother expecting to be promoted. Also, there are very few minorities in underwriting or leadership in general. Only "certain" people can work from full-time.
