Pros

You know your customers because chances are they are right down the street or nearby in a city you’re visiting. We help local businesses and the people here get energized by that. Teammates are approachable and the company tries to keep folks connected even though people are in different offices or working from home. Leadership is accessible to the team. Shares information about company performance openly and encourages people to travel to meet up.

Cons

Nothing crazy comes to mind. As the company has gotten bigger, you sometimes can feel disconnected to other teams since not everyone knows everyone’s name and role anymore.

The campus that Homebase is located on is great. The overall culture of the organization is one of the best I've ever personally experienced. Everyone is willing to take time to help you out and learn.
