      Pros

      - Get to help merchants who really love our product - Lots of influence in product decisions + improvements and understanding of company goals - The speed that we release new features and updates - VERY helpful team culture with everyone willing to assist and go the extra mile - Supportive of career development and emphasis on bringing in interesting leaders for lunch & learns

      Cons

      Nothing really jumps to mind. You will end up stuffing your face with lots of different chocolate snacks when in the SF office.

      Very cheap company Revolving doors, people are hired and being let go No real product and design teams, lots of people left or let go 12 years old company that tries to act like a scrapy starup CEO gives weekly pep talk (in email) trying to pump everyone, like anyone, but him and his co-founder have a real stake in the company CEO thinks he is an expert in finance, product, engineering, etc and micromanages it all

      Pros

      They allow growth with in the company to any department. They give you many chances and trainings to make sure you can do your job before taking disciplinary action. They provide lunch for in office days.

      Cons

      4 days in office no exceptions. They only promote one to two people per department twice a year.
