Pros

Ambitious company with focus on small biz customers. Hybrid work schedule with offices available, smart people who work hard. Positive culture. Growing business with outsized potential.

Cons

Small teams are asked to do big things which can be rewarding for employees, but it also means working hard and working (sometimes too) fast. Leadership emphasizing collaboration more so WFH flexibility is being reduced.

Pros

I've worked in tech a long time, at many startups. Homebase stands out as tops in terms of culture. Specifically, people assume best intent of each other, they are fundamentally kind, and we all band together to be in service to our customers. Leadership values clarity, kindness, and diversity, and we are stronger because of it.

Cons

We are constantly trying to balance speed and quality. But these are typical startup growing pains, nothing out of the ordinary.
