Pros

Homebase isn't a fluff startup with a solution in search of a problem, it's got genuine product-market fit solving a big issue for the owners, managers, and employees of local businesses. This company is going places.

Cons

The company operates with a pretty lean team and many coworkers are remotely located in different time zones, which can make broader team communication and inclusion challenging but open transparency and good investment in communication tools helps to mitigate this.

Pros

- Get to help merchants who really love our product - Lots of influence in product decisions + improvements and understanding of company goals - The speed that we release new features and updates - VERY helpful team culture with everyone willing to assist and go the extra mile - Supportive of career development and emphasis on bringing in interesting leaders for lunch & learns

Cons

Nothing really jumps to mind. You will end up stuffing your face with lots of different chocolate snacks when in the SF office.
