Pros

People are smart, hard working, good-to-the-core and buy into the company’s social mission. Product is great and solves a problem that all local businesses have. Killer, involved investors who believe in what we are doing. Fun office environment that celebrates our customers and our team.

Cons

Definitely not a 9 to 5, so know that going in. Still a scrappy start up, so those looking for a super cushy Silicon Valley office/company should probably look elsewhere.

Everyone at Homebase is passionate about helping the people they serve. They're also some of the quirkiest, kindest people you'll meet and come from a myriad of backgrounds. I work on the design team, but everyone here has a voice in shaping our roadmap.

Cons

At this point, it's still a start-up and you may be wearing multiple hats. It's not for everyone, but it's getting better every day.
