      Pros

      Committed colleagues that truly care about the customers they are building for. Product that is well liked by customers. Remote culture, some fun company events.

      Cons

      -Chaos is constant. -Senior management does not trust the teams in place to do anything. -Lack of direction and decision making. -Rampant favoritism. -Burn out rate is alarming. -Management set’s employees up to fail. -Untrustworthy GM’s that whine and cry to get their way. No you’re not paranoid & yes they are talking about you. -Executives that micromanage unimpactful details yet are unavailable when high pressure stakes are on. -Zero work life balance. All zoom all day.

      Pros

      Homebase builds real solutions for real customers: small businesses and their teams, which brings them into the modern world of software helping them operate more efficiently and transparently. Business owners love it because they finally have a way to manage their entire time, and team members love it since they can see how much they're making and take control of their shifts.

      Cons

      This company moves quickly and makes you hustle along with it, if you're looking for a more relaxed pace you may want to look elsewhere.

      Pros

      They really take care of their employees. Everyone matters, no matter what level you're on. The product works...plain and simple, so it's very easy and fun to sell!

      Cons

      With it being a start-up, there are still a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. Also, the overall pay is lacking a little bit, when you look at what other, similar companies are paying for the same type of role.
