Pros

Like minded co workers that work as a team. Flexible schedule and awesome benefits. PTO, 401k, flexible schedules. Team events and outings AWESOME OFFICE environment.

Cons

Communication can sometimes be a little slow or vague. But the open line of communication and being empowered to ask questions alleviates all confusion very quickly.

Pros

We pay very close attention to customers and data when building the product. Research and data drive decisions far more than opinion and position. We're still small enough that communication and team work are core to what we're doing. We've got a product that more than 100,000 local businesses use every day, so we've got a lot information and patterns to call upon as we're growing the product.

Cons

Growth is hard. We have to revisit our process and organizational communication as every few months.
