Homebase makes small businesses and its own employees' lives better

The best reason to work at Homebase is the economic mission that Homebase is on. From Day 1 when I started (and I believe when Homebase started) the mission has been to help small Main Street business owners' and their teams' lives easier by providing a software platform (mobile, web, tablet) that helps them manage their teams better. Whether it is through scheduling and time tracking, an HR service option (which every small business should have--like insurance), Financial service offerings like payroll, and/or offering their employees the chance to request a portion of their pay early before pay day (without cost to the employer), Homebase has it all. Here at Homebase, my biggest growth has been through the troubleshooting processes when customers present technology issues that are impacting their ability to manage their day to day routines. At any other company, I'd be doubtful of any fast resolution, but the engineering teams at Homebase are on top of any issue that comes their way. Overall I think the biggest pro is the people you work with and the tools they give you to do your job. Benefits are great here too, but I'm not just here for the benefits, though. I'm here for the mission and the tools we offer to our customers here at Homebase.
Cons
There's no real downside to Homebase for me because the honeymoon has not stopped from Day 1 for me, however if you are seeking consistency in your work environment, the only thing that consistently happens is change, but that's what makes the team culture great here! because we all go through change together.
