Pros

Team Environment Founders John & Rushi love their Employees and their Customers Great Training Program. Chris is fantastic and will devote time to make sure you understand the process My manager is fantastic. Great leader and truly cares about his people and their success If you want to move other areas they will help you do that and encourage you to do so. Just put in the time and work Education credit. My Codecademy sub was covered. The people team is great! Remote work during covid 19. Hopefully we can continue remote work afterwards. 3 weeks of vacation starting off 401k and Insurance is great.

Cons

There are some leadership that isn’t great on the CS team. I was almost forced out before I moved teams. If you work in sales, your commission is penalized if you take vacation or are out sick. This would give us more freedom to make sure we go to the doctor for check ups and take much needed vacations. We can do a better job with internal communication. CS pay is low but they are working to improve that as the revenue increases.

Smaller startup, everyone matters. Great work environment!

Cons

Since the company is smaller, you'll be held to a higher standard than you would be at other businesses. They're quick to call on you if you aren't keeping up the pace.

- Great Benefits -Flexible Scheduling -Growth Opportunity I love working for Homebase because we help small business owners and managers find timekeeping and scheduling solutions to save them time and money. Our Merchants are friendly and unique, just like our team!

Cons

-In the Messy Middle of a startup -Processes change frequently -New Partners added monthly-a lot of knowledge to keep up with We are small but growing rapidly, and there is always some amount of change and growing pains when you are in that process
