Pros

I am encouraged to be the best me! Pushed to excel at any project that is offered to you. I have never worked for a company that has such faith in their employees. Working at Homebase is like being a part of a Great Family. Benefits are great too!

Cons

Honestly, their is nothing I can even think of here.

Everything else. Fired everybody from top To bottom. Broke? Idk. Closing soon though I know that. For sure being bought out.

Good benefits, great culture, cool colleagues, Free meals on office days. only two days in office. Onboarding is great. Mac Laptops, warm/hot leads. Good Tech stack

Cons

Heavily underpaid for Account Executive roles. Hourly clock in system kind of annoying. Basically a BDR role that closes deals. 80-100dials per day.
