Pros

Good benefits, great culture, cool colleagues, Free meals on office days. only two days in office. Onboarding is great. Mac Laptops, warm/hot leads. Good Tech stack

Cons

Heavily underpaid for Account Executive roles. Hourly clock in system kind of annoying. Basically a BDR role that closes deals. 80-100dials per day.

Pros

Everyone there was nice and supportive in our work and the CEO (John) was always a strong leader

Cons

Engineering talent wasn't the strongest (I guess okay for a straightforward product) and made it difficult to ship high quality work. Processes were also pretty undefined. Pay was also not the greatest.

Love the mission. People are really hard working and genuinely nice. So much opportunity.

Cons

CEO needs a more comprehensive plan - seems to change course every few months and usually not aligned with the rest of the execs.
