I Enjoy Working For Homes.com

Pros

Lots of perks like go home early spiffs, trips, lunches, tv, bungee jumping. Most managers are easy going. I like going home at 3:30. My interview was cool and professional - didn't ask me any odd questions to trip me up. Team oriented atmosphere. If you have strong phone skills you will do well here. Some people may not have prior phone skills, but are willing to work hard, self-motivated, focused...do well also.

Cons

Longer lunches. 45min to 1 hour is good. 30 min is a little short.

The culture is second to none. Everyone from the Director down is looking to help every employee grow professionally and personally. Sales goals are obtainable. Great work life balance.

Cons

Vacation time is accrued not given.
