      We have no Commission Cap, Plenty of work Perks and contests, good base. We have great training and a management team will help you as much as you want.

      Cons

      Good hours, good pay, great benefits, nothing con here.

      Pros

      Positive work environment Positive and encouraging coaching and management team. Homes.com new website is very innovative and game changer from competitive sites. Good benefits and a good income, base salary and unlimited commission structure. Daily coaching and weekly trainings to help perfect your sales techniques. Excellent division and individual acknowledgements and achievements (awards, bonuses, trips). Management team is very dynamic and positive. Onsite trainers and team leads are excellent individuals who have also done the position previously and are there to help you with one on ones and drive alongs.

      Cons

      As an individual, you have to be sales driven and not take rejection personally.
