Working at Homes.com has been a great experience since day 1 and I've been here close to 2 years now . The schedule is perfect allowing me to take care of other things after work . A very solid group of managers that have helped my growth here and always show support which I haven't had at other jobs. I love being rewarded for hard work with being able to leave early on some days . Everyone in the office has the opportunity to win paid trips , one of the locations scheduled next is in Punta Cana , Dominic Republic ! Even if you haven’t had any prior sales experience it’s nothing to worry about because the training here is very thorough so you will learn everything you need and get refresher courses throughout the month if needed.

Homes.com has a unique commission structure to where you aren’t capped out on the amount of money you can make. So, essentially it’s like running your own business. The sales floor is energetic as everyone is friendly and is willing to help someone out. Management is great and goes behind great measure to make Homes.com and enjoyable place to work.
