      A lot of growth opportunities. Significally higher pay than other companies. Strong managerial support to develop your own ideas and implement them also.

      Cons

      A lot of hours, could affect your personal and family time, but I guess that depends a lot on yourself.

      There are a lot of growth opportunities within the company and salaries are above average for the local market, making it a good choice for the Culiacan area where options are limited.

      Cons

      The company went bankrupt and suspended pay for employees for an extended period of time, there were also legal issues that made our employment situation uncertain and the work environment deteriorated
