      Pros

      A lot of growth opportunities. Significally higher pay than other companies. Strong managerial support to develop your own ideas and implement them also.

      Cons

      A lot of hours, could affect your personal and family time, but I guess that depends a lot on yourself.

      Pros

      Fun work environment. Lots of room for advancement. With prjects in Mexico as well as Brasil and India, there's opportunity to work in interesting places.

      Cons

      Can be high pressure. Policies change constantly. Some positions require long hours and work on nights, weekends, or holidays.

      Pros

      Firstly,the sector was booming and the company invested a lot. Secondly, the nature of the business did not put the upper management face to face a lot.

      Cons

      After the crisis the company could not handle the process. The lack of upper management made things worse. A place that u would never want tobe. Time&Effort loss.
