      Awful place to work!!! Run away, don't walk!

      Pros

      None, None, None, None and No Pros at all! Glassdoor makes you complete at least one star for overall rating. I wish I could leave it blank. This place is awful.

      Cons

      All they care about is immediate shareholder value. They would sell their own children to make the stock move $1. They don't even care about the future as they figure it will be the next guys problem. No investment in new designs or talent. They lay off RIF every few months. They are replacing many of us with contract workers. DO NOT ACCEPT AN OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY!

      No job security , non merit increase Benefits in decline, no future, no direction from top managements No over time for the extra hours Hard to meet dealines

      Pros

      Household name that looks good on resumes. If you are able to stay under the radar and put up with average pay and reduced benefits, you could camp out here for many years.

      Cons

      Large slow moving company. If you live in China or India you will be very happy here. Otherwise, look for no raises, reduced benefits and managers that move around every few years changing the policies of the former managers. They just cut more benefits for US workers for the 2017 year. My favorite quote in business applies here: "A company should be concerned when their most passionate workers go silent". The silence is deafening now. Most older employees are just trying to retire and meet minimum standards to stay until that happens.
