We’re sorry to read about your experience. Striking a healthy work/life balance is more important than ever these days, and something we continue to focus on. To that end, we’ve been hiring more people, and implementing training to help leaders lead in a way that better integrates their teams’ personal time. And now that we're a distributed workforce, we've also established core hours so that collaboration can happen across time zones within everyone’s regular work day. We know we can't expect our employees to give us their best if they don’t have the time they need to rest and recharge. We wish you all the best -- and plenty of balance -- in your future work.

Thank you for your positive review! We're glad that, based on your experience, you rate Honor as a great place to work. Working remotely CAN feel lonely sometimes, which is why we work hard to offer programs and opportunities for our employees to stay virtually connected -- from weekly yoga classes to special interest Slack channels and our monthly Wellness webinar series. And get excited, because we're planning even more ways for our distributed team to stay connected in 2023! Thanks for being a part of our journey here at Honor.
