Servant work

Pros

Flexibility of hours and days you work. Recently implemented retirement plan

Cons

No pay raises, nickel and dime you with $16.50 & $17.25. Can't even round up to whole dollar. Entitled clients treat you like servant. Keep track of every minute & everything. Only give you permanent clients if you kiss a**

We're sorry to read about your experience. Our Care Pros are setting a new standard for home care, and we believe they deserve to be rewarded fairly for their skills, dedication and compassion. To that end, we do thorough research on caregiving wages in every market where we operate, and we're proud to offer competitive hourly pay plus benefits like health, mental health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, generous referral bonuses and 1.5x pay for holiday and overtime shifts. We take input from our employees seriously, and invite you to reach out to us at 415-300-1347 to discuss your experience in more detail.

Pros

In the time that I’ve been here, the culture is amazing. I feel consistently supported and love my team. Great work-life balance and love that it’s fully remote.

Cons

Training could be more consistent and thorough but the team welcomes questions and continued learning.

We're so sorry to read that you didn't enjoy working at Honor. We strive to provide a rewarding work experience for our employees where they feel valued and included, and that starts with communication and transparency. Some of the things we do to promote transparency include monthly All Hands meetings to keep the entire company connected and informed, and training our leaders to design more thoughtful meetings and communications. We believe a high degree of transparency can enhance the overall company culture, so it’s something we’re committed to. We wish you all the best in your career.
