      Pros

      Bosses are receptive of criticisms and suggestions on how to improve the working environment, processes and the like Opinions of non-management employees are sought Easy going environment, but professionalism is maintained

      Cons

      Somewhat of a hurry up and wait environment Policy enforcement is somewhat lacking Not proactive enough in identifying and addressing possible future/current problems

      Love the kids, but hate the staff.

      Pros

      The kids are great, I've met some awesome people, and I've learned valuable skills to further my career.

      Cons

      The management and staffing is some of the worst I've ever seen. The pay js not worth the risk involved, and they expect you to run yourself ragged. The goals are too extreme and there is no chance of upward mobility. There is also no part time options. All of the kind, friendly, hardworking people quit or get fired, and it leaves a hostile work environment full of lazy people.
