      Great place to help underprivileged children.

      Pros

      Much experience in the school, opportunities to learn hands on with classroom management and administrative work. Good staff, willingness to communicate.

      Cons

      Some students will give you a hard time. Be willing to stand ground and see the school year through. Some days are tough.

      Pros

      The pay is o.k. working with the youth living with developmental disabilities is rewarding.

      Cons

      They do not value staff that care about the youth and do well on the job. They keep the wrong employees.
