Pros

Very collaborative working environment. Everyone jumps in to help out when you need it, but there is a lot of independence and autonomy too. Outstanding orientation program. Really top notch benefits compared to other employers.

Cons

The work is never-ending (but isn't that true of all hospices?)

Pros

Flexible schedule, a lot of versatility in my job. Great support from senior management, and great place to work within a multi-disciplinary team.

Cons

I wish the 401 K was a 3% match and the health benefits was a no deductible plan.
