      Pros

      Excellent company to work for. Many growth opportunities for staff to grow from within the organization. Support and education offered to all employees to ensure staff well prepared in the field. excellent benefits and time off offered to both part and full time staff. Leadership sensitive to the nature of the work and encourage a good work life balance as well as good self care

      If not caring for yourself, can lead to burnout

      Hospice Done Well

      Pros

      I have worked here for 19 years and love my job. I have done many things in nursing here and have worked for several dept's. I have always looked forward to work and enjoyed the positive and supportive teams here at Hope Health.

      Cons

      Hospice is always challenging and a lot of changes due to reimbursement changes

      HopeHealth's mission to provide exceptional care to patients and their families makes it easy to feel good about the work you do every day. There are amazing staff at HopeHealth that are wonderful to work with.
