      Everyone is there for patients

      Review of hospital: Do as you are told or you are out. “Flintstone Hospital” Appears to be a state of the art facility on paper. Behind closed doors this hospital runs Has not changed in over 50 years. Outdated practices, Outdated EMR and paper charts still exist as well as Handwritten MD orders. Lack of resources.

      Pros

      Very clean and organized. Staff care about the residents.

      Cons

      Short staffed. Was promised a hire on bonus which I had to ask for because it wasn’t on my check. Was given health insurance paperwork a week after it was due. Was told in my interview that I could help out on the hospital side and that never happened.
