The clients. Other staff. Ability to move through out the company.

Cons

Everything is made up as they go (resident rules, employee responsibility, senior staff role) so they're is no consistency anywhere. Money has become more important then helping people recover from substance abuse.

Working with the clients was the best part of the job!

Cons

The pay and benefits are terrible for how over worked you are. If you were not in the in crowd with management they were hard on you for reviews, I did well myself but others I know had problems.
