Pros

Horizon was a fantastic place to work. From day one, they made sure that I was properly trained in order to succeed in my position. They were friendly and understanding. It was also really nice working for a place that makes a difference in the community.

Cons

A few cons from working at Horizon Health Services is that there seems to be decently high turnover from the clinical side. Where I worked, in human resources, this was not as much the case. However, we did lose some employees for higher paying jobs.

The clients where great worked with Veterans and civilian clients.

Cons

The management and pay. Worked 80+ hours a pay period only ever paid comet time.

It is a fast growing company with opportunities to grow. The office staff is friendly and very helpful.

Cons

As with all companies, there are employees who don't carry their load.
