Benefits and electronic medical record training

Cons

Quick turnover of counselors due to overload of paperwork and little time spent on actual counseling of clients. Mainly a processing job that keeps clients in the system. Counselor turnover is so high that the clinical supervisor positions tend to be filled with young and inexperienced counselors.
