Our culture of teamwork and doing whatever it takes to help one another solve problems and deliver solutions to our customers is strong. Exciting company to work for and great people to work with

Pros

Horizon is moving to the cloud and embracing agile methods to develop software. The people are passionate and work well together to get results. New positions have been created to fill much needed gaps to meet customer and employee expectations. Horizon is a great company to work for and employees are challenged to eliminate waste and look at processes to improve efficiency. Teams are encouraged to self-organize rather than be micro-managed. This is the place for you if you love to be challenged and are not afraid of change through continuous improvement.

Cons

Salaries could be more competitive. Several people wear too many hats. Multi-tasking compromises quality. Resources are slim in areas. Continue backfilling.

Fun and challenging in a good way.

Pros

The new focus on employee development and strategic planning is smart and exciting. Looking forward to proactively collaborating on initiatives and programs that will make us more productive and innovative.

Cons

We have a lot to juggle and everyday comes with a new challenge. If that's a con for you then this might not be the best fit (depending on the job position). If it sounds exciting, you'll fit right in.
