Horizon3.ai (H3) is truly a unique company. Ever since I started with them the problems and features we build are interesting and challenging. I have learned more as in engineer here than during my tenure at other companies. Another benefit, is we don't follow traditional or outdated software engineering processes. H3 allows engineers closest to the problem to figure out the best approach and enables all engineering teams to work together instead of silos. H3 is an environment dedicated to learning, improving your skills, and making an amazing product for its customers. Throughout my time with H3, they have always encouraged us all to be learn it alls and they stand behind that statement. Many engineers have gained advanced certifications in cybersecurity, while others have also learned more about the technologies and skills required to do their role. H3 understands the value of education and having a technically strong team. The engineering team, is by far the most advanced and talented engineering team I've worked for. The technical skills we have across the entire engineering stack is truly impressive. Our frontend team can build any user interface that is imagined. The data team is truly skilled at managing massive amounts of data and finding a way to explain the data. The platform team is always innovating with new technologies and approaches to increase performance and keep the lights on. Finally, our attack team is full of cybersecurity experts with diverse backgrounds and specialties. No matter what team you're on, there are experts throughout the entire stack that support one another. Finally, engineering leads and the Director of Engineering is always there to listen, be helpful or weigh in on a decision. I am truly amazed with how communicative and effective our leadership is.

The various engineering teams work well together and our monthly sprint process is going well. The product we work on is well designed and it's easy to bring up improvements to the team and get good feedback.
