Best culture I have come across. Fantastic C level leadership. All about learning fast, making mistakes will happen, just learn quick and keep going. Decisive leadership too, which flows down throughout the org. The tech speaks for itself.

Pros

A well-organised and genuinely supportive onboarding experience. It’s clear the company has put real thought into how new starters are brought in and helped to settle. The use of AI is practical rather than gimmicky — particularly helpful for answering common questions and understanding the company’s systems and architecture — which makes it much easier to get up to speed. The interview process was professional and straightforward, and the people I met throughout were bright, motivated and easy to work with. There’s a clear sense of shared direction, which makes it easier to feel engaged from early on.
