      Pros

      Everyday is different and fun Work doesn't feel like work Every employee is beyond helpful and friendly Everyone lives up to the culture of being learn-it-alls Everyone has a drive to make the company successful Creative benefits (e.g. unlimited PTO, stock options, great insurance, remote work stipend)

      Cons

      Some benefits are not yet up to par with similar companies in the industry (e.g. 401k match, health and fitness stipend)

This year, we made a few upgrades to our total rewards program: we improved our benefits program, delivering higher premium coverage and new plan options, and we upgraded our entire compensation structure, increasing our salary and equity benchmarks, and awarding more cash and equity increases to our team.

      Pros

      This has been an amazing first few months , what is most evident is that the company is laser focused on taking advantage of the opportunity that we have. Leadership has a clear vision of what type of company we are building. The team is incredibly driven, and we continue to add A players to the org.

      Cons

      We are growing at a pace that is rare to see these days. So if you are not comfortable with change at an org that is high drive this might be a painful place to be. The tools are in place, the processes are being improved every day and the team is leaned in.
