      Pros

      I've been working with Horizontal for several years and have really enjoyed my time here. They offer a good benefits package, are always quick to respond, and they genuinely care about their people, creating a positive and supportive work environment. Overall, the team at the agency is composed of great individuals, making it an excellent place to work.

      Cons

      The only downside is contractors are not offered PTO.
