      - Wonderful people in every department - Unique, updated, modern office - Welcoming environment - Wide variety of duties - Fun in-office events

      Cons

      - Specific to my prior role, can be slow at times as the work is heavily reliant on people being in the office - Near non-existent raise

      Pros

      Owners demonstrate strong integrity and commitment to their people. Very talented staff. The company is growing.

      Cons

      Growth has resulted in owners taking an expected step away from the day-to-day operation. That day-to-day influence of the Owners and their vision and values has been lost and the foundational culture has been lost.
