      A complicated company

      Pros

      Some very smart and nice people work here The projects are always interesting Tons of learning opportunities Pay and PTO are fair Work life balance is good 80% of the time

      Cons

      Sexist/male-dominated executive leadership Way too many manager/director level employees who are not accountable for doing any actual work Vision for the company is poorly communicated Financial goals seem to be based on nothing Constant re-organization and layoffs. Don’t think there has been real growth since 2021 Project assignments, raises, promotions and overall respect within the company is entirely dependent on sucking up to the right people. Sales basically runs the company and oversells capabilities which puts the delivery team in a tough position.

      Full of bullying and chaos

      A group of Indian men keep the control of the company by making use of the remaining population, either by fooling them secretly or bullying them openly Pros:: Happytimes guaranteed to men with links in the leadership

      Cons

      Not the right place for someone wanting to do good work, but is not a man with links in the leadership.
