      Wonderful environment and company culture. There is great opportunity to be successful in recruiting or sales here.

      Cons

      Benefits are lacking compared to other companies this size. Leadership team makes it easy to do you job and offers a lot of support.

      Pros

      Smart, talented team members who are committed to success of employees and clients. Excellent work life balance, great clients, tons of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Company is evolving quickly and growing fast which is great. Hard part is managing all the change that comes with it. But it's a good kind of change.
