      Pros

      Professional, open, lively, respectful culture.

      Cons

      Way too many managers, directors, VPs and SVPs for an organization this small. Management seems very disconnected from staff who are actually closer to clients and have much deeper technical expertise.

      Cons

      The most negative toxic workplace. Ask anyone that has left the company, bc most do within a year or two.
