      Pros

      Owners demonstrate strong integrity and commitment to their people. Very talented staff. The company is growing.

      Cons

      Growth has resulted in owners taking an expected step away from the day-to-day operation. That day-to-day influence of the Owners and their vision and values has been lost and the foundational culture has been lost.

      You get all the liberty and help to show case your talent and grow

      Cons

      Every company has its own challenges. but as long as the company keeps on evolving it overcomes those hurdles. Compared to other companies, the challenges are not worth mentioning.

      Pros

      The cons totally overshadow the pros but still have to mention them. Good bunch of people to work with, except management. Get to work with latest technology. Get to work with and know end to end process of software development.

      Cons

      Less pay compared to other companies in Baroda considering working on niche skill such as Sitecore. Decisions are forced on employees. Pre defined rules are modified as and when required in favour of management. US peers and management do not provide much work leading to most of people sitting on bench. Highly political management in US and especially in Vadodara office which tries to blackmail employees emotionally. Very low percentage offered in appraisal. Grievances not at all cared about. Even if you work the best it won't be recognised and appreciated unless you flatter and butter the local and US management. Once you leave the job, the management tries to defame you.
