      Great Staff Everyone is friendly and outgoing Great events during the Summers Growing company with a lot of potential still to come

      Cons

      None I can think of as long as you are also a friendly person and can get along with coworkers

      Good starting point

      Pros

      Fun culture with happy hours, lunches, office snacks etc., lots of job orders to work on = plenty of money to be made, mediocre cost of health benefits (it could have been a lot worse). HI was a fun place to work and taught me a lot about the industry.

      Cons

      Lower base pay than many others in the Denver area. Management was offsite and out of state which led to poor conflict resolution and not seeing where certain employees took advantage of their lax policies. They hired a manager but wouldn't give this person enough autonomy to affect change. Small companies have pluses, but the team culture of the office eventually made me decide to go to another company where I am significantly happier.

      Company is giving good salary as per the Baroda market No overtime

      Cons

      Not giving Job Titles to experience people Bad management
